Massive internal inquiries going at the moment in relation to violence and abuse by the staff. You will be told to come back at closing time to have a fight with the staff if you as much as slightly disagree with any offer they propose. Should you try and stand your ground you will have the glass partition smashed in your face by the guys fist behind the counter. Avoid these animals at all cost.

Terrible, agreed a price on an item I was going to buy, I returned with the agreed price and they all pretended they never seen me before. Be careful with these guys, dodgy guys even tried selling me a belcher chain off the books.

Such a great buying experience with issy. Sold me the top of the range iPad and made sure it was in full working order. Very honest and truth worthy young man, I will be back to buy some more stuff from here.. Rang the store on 19/09/20, spoke to issy, was looking for a specific power tool, issy very politely answered all my questions I had, also kept the one I wanted for me. When I came into the store, his big smile just said it all, it feels so welcoming, issy showed me the one I wanted and also went out of his way to test the product before I left the store, he told me the warranty policy to. Was looking for a new TV today, went to a few shops and didn’t like much. I went to Cash Converters and was greeted with a smile by Issy. Asked what I wanted and was glad to see such a great selection of tvs. Issy helped me choose the best one within my budget he made sure it was fully working.
