Lovely restaurant in the middle of the south lanes serving traditional Spanish tapas. The food is well priced and the staff very helpful. It's usually busy so expect a short wait.

Went back today as it was a place I could closey eyes and taste home but it disappointed me today as the flavours are not there any more...I feel they adjusted them to the English taste...lost the authenticity for me today....my kids that are used to the Spanish food didn't like it either..a bit of a shame...

Lovely tapas restaurant with good service. Nice and cosy ambience. Situated in the south lanes. We made the wrong choices of food as we weren't expecting everything we ordered to be covered in bread crumbs and deep fried, especially the aubergines in honey. So perhaps waiters could have advised us on our choices, as are meal was dry and boring. Looking forward to making better choices nex time.

Had the best night here last night for my husbands 30th birthday. There were 8 adults and 2 children so the owner asked if we had any dietary requirements and as we didn’t he just took the menus away and brought out a selection for us! It was the perfect amount and we tried some dishes that perhaps we wouldn’t of considered ordering. It was all delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. They were great with my 15month old son too who was causing mayhem! Thank you so much!

Fantastic service. The Oxtail Casserole was just amazing and cooked to perfection. Would definitely recommend this restaurant in the heart of The Lanes. I would suggest booking in advance as we only just made it in without a booking.

We’ve been coming to this place for many years and love it – they’re great people, the food is superb, and the sangria is literally the best in the world. A great place to feel like you’re on a sunny holiday abroad even when it’s raining and you’re still in your hometown (which describes us on our visit to Casa Don Carlos today). Tip: don’t order the obvious tapas dishes, go for lesser-known ones, that’s where the cooking really excels.

Ate lunch here today. I have a garlic allergy and some dishes were off limits. The staff were so helpful advising me what to order. And even cooked some without the garlic. What a lovely lunch. Lovely staff who went above and beyond to make my lunch special. Thank you.
