Had an excellent experience with everyone at the clinic, the Dr and staff really took care to make a potentially unpleasant procedure as comfortable as possible and most importantly didn't rush anything. Great availability and flexibility with appointments and excellent information and advice throughout! An absolute asset to the local community!

The first appointment was at the Northwick Park hospital "Sexual health - GUM clinic", subsequently moved to the Caryl Thomas clinic. The reception staff are helpful but not particularly friendly, except a young lady who is really lovely and caring! On the other hand, nurses (a big coincidence, I saw the same male nurse on 4 occasions) were very professional, approachable and friendly! When one attends these clinics, we walk in a bit anxious about our condition, so the reception staff ought to be more sympathetic and welcoming - a big thank you to Tameeka!

Nice staff on reception, friendly, and respect confidentiality. Some nurse not good,did not respect mi problem, make me feel bad, wen talk about my problem, and giving advice of treatment, was ironic smile, and i did told here im not happy, of the way i was treated .I could hear from inside de treatment room talking with other doctor on the corridor, my problem, loud,anyone can hear .I was happy there,till naw.This nurse ,not experience at all,ironic,skiping from one thing,to an other,I did not get anything she try to say.I feel really not comfortable, and she did not new to change that.In the end ,mi problem was sorted ,but in the future, will be perfect if they don't make us feel like I should not come,and solve mi problem, and stay with the problem.

Staff are nice, service is quick but toilets upstairs could be cleaner

It is utterly disgusting that the phone line advertises as opening at 8.30 only for the automated message to say 9am and since 9am I have been on the phone that is constantly ringing with no answer. Unfortunately I cannot leave less than one star. I am going to loom into exactly the correct person to complain about this to and take this matter down a formal route. Clearly staff here are getting paid wether they are doing their job or not. It’s 9:17 and the phone is still ringing. CARYL THOMAS CLINIC you should be ashamed of yourselves for this DEPLORABLE SERVICE!

I had the pleasure of meeting friendly and professional staff members who perfectly made me feel at ease. Went there this afternoon and could not recommend it more!
