Shame I can't give a minus! Rude arrogant racist staff!! Avoid this place at all costs. Foul mouthed soap dodgers! You see them come rushing in from their smoke breaks when you enter the shop. All the staff members duck under the sensors on the doors because they register how many customers enter daily. This issue will be passed onto the area manager, So will they way they speak to customers. They all want sacking and set a new team on!

Truly bad place for a customer.specially branch manager is rude and one kind of idiot I met.i am with three mobile from last ten years and of my high monthly billing and ad a loyal customer I get lot of discount and offers better then any customer. I went to this place and asked for contract manager was dealing with me I gave him my details to check.he asked for my ID and then refused to serve me because on my ID there was middle name and I only told him my first and last name.that idiot refused to listen and accused me for giving him wrong name.even I had contract with car phone warehouse 24 months with first and last name.all my documents apart from my licence is without my middle name.but that biggest idiot didn’t even bother to check.never ever use this place use service providers retail shops instead of these places.

Very poor customer service over the phone. Every answer to my question was a guess or the first think that was in his head. Waste of time.

Brought in phone to be sent for repair under warranty. Did a good job, but prematurely had notification it was ready so I turned up and it wasn't there yet! Annoyingly wasted me a trip!

Rude staff

Service was amazing! They found out what was best for my needs and made sure it was affordable. They set up the phone for me in store , very friendly will be recommending to friends and family :)

Went to get a contract as my provider wasn’t offering me any good deal. The staff was very helpful showed me all the deals on different network basically saved me a job looking online with different provider. The service was given was absolutely amazing. Helped me out to transfer all me data from my old phone to the new one. No hassle when left the store was very happy with my new phone fully working. Branch manager and assistant manager both made sure that I was happy with my purchase. Thanks team valley road.

Truly terrible service and customer care. Was offered Money for phone trade in but couldn’t receive it because computer was down. Despite them being able to take a deposit. Went back a couple of times and was fobbed off until I refused to leave without trade in money. Then suddenly it was possible. !!! Avoid this store.

Called today for replacement phone due to faulty phone. I received a better phone the following day at no extra cost. The 2 young ladies who served me went above beond. The swaped all contacts and apps for me. I felt the service I received was worth a box of chocolates add box of biscuits. Definitely recommend carphone warehouse
