Rang OOH over weekend because my ankles swelled to twice normal size.. Pain unbearable, asked for anti inflammatory.. was informed that I had caught the sun. I explained that I could not have caught the sun, due to anxiety and agoraphobia which keeps me indoors 24hrs everyday. So pretty much impossible! I know my body! Thank you so much for mis-diagnosing me, I am now in excruciating pain I have not slept & unable to walk! You made me feel rotten and failed in your duty to care.. Well you will be seeing to me in 2hrs time. And I’m not leaving until you do your jobs properly & I would appreciate a formal apology

My 94 year old father attended an appointment in the Podiatry dept and was seen by a lady called Helen on 11th February 2019. He was utterly delighted with the service, almost instantly seen and was treated with patience, respect and the utmost professionalism. Thank you very much.

Absoluetely appallingly treatment from this place as the receptionists are foul and the treatment from the out of hours service I received was appallingly as well as I was spoken to rudely by one Of The nurses there when I was frightened and had called them for help as I was told that my problem was something I had to put up with which was most rude and unprofessional! Lesson learned I will never come here again unless there's no other options and problems can't wait until the surgery opens and it's a disgrace as they are there To Help you not be rude to you! It's not nice being spoken to in a rude way when you are frightened and sick and don't know what to do for the best and I didn't like to bother a and e as they get very busy so that seemed the best option as I was frightened and then they were rude to me!

Me and my daughter signed and submitted some registration papers back in February 2018. A photo copy of my daughter's vaccine diary has been given to them as well. My wife and daughter came in yesterday May 24, 2018 as my daughter was having a fever but only to find out that we have no records with the surgery. The reception have tried to look for our papers but have found nothing. Someone must have thrown our papers in the rubbish then. They've even suggested that my wife must bring our daughter to Clifton surgery as my wife is registered there. Common sense people, Clifton surgery will not entertain them as my daughter is not registered there and they have no booked appointment. What happened to our registration papers???

It is ludicrous that I waited 73 minutes on the phone for somebody to answer.
