Like most GP's these days, you can wait a week for appointments. But if the case is urgent and you give the reception staff as much info as possible they will try to help get u in sooner if at all possible. Clean and modern waiting area. Remember this surgery is as busy as most.

The most illiterate common rude obnoxious unprofessional receptionist I’ve ever encountered in my whole life. I suggest you send your staff on a training programme or hire somebody who doesn’t hate their job, want to argue and rush patients off the phone! this is not the type of service we pay taxes for!!!!

Amazingly shocking and a joke, how my medications changed over night or they thought i wont notice, well they have big thing coming as whether they knew about me or not. I am from a Medical field and was working as a Cancer Researcher. So will like to see what excuses they will have for me. Its absolutely a joke.

We were very impressed with prompt reassuring service we received from Doctor Naseem. We couldn’t have asked for a more supportive GP. His manner and social patient interaction was commendable in all respects.

Terribly organised. During my 1 year with this surgery they managed to lose my prescription they were supposed to mail to the pharmacy, lose a referral for an ultrasound and 'not receive' a referral for an examination they got from A&E. Thoroughly disappointed. One of the receptionists is very nice and has been very helpful in times of crisis but another has been rude and dismissive. Doctors vary from caring and understanding to sexist and uninformed. Every call is a coin flip.

Phoned to ask how long it would take to register and the person on the phone line said "it will take months" which isn't helpful when I need urgent medication. Fobbed me off and said phone early the next day. Shocking and very unfriendly service. Went in person and a member of staff was too lazy to use the one way system in place, instead opting to rudely demand I move out of the way as I waited in line. Then when I went to leave staff insisted that I use the other exit before I even moved, shocking behaviour all round.
