Its a good set of doctors, however, the waiting times are extremely bad, it's constantly booked out (I had a 3 week wait for an emergency appointment or six working days to see a visiting nurse), and if the receptionists try to give you advice don't take it, I was told a swelling would be fine within two weeks and so I wouldn't need to see a doctor and here I am in excruciating pain six weeks later because the swelling got bigger and is damaging my nerves

Probably the worst doctor's surgery I've ever had to deal with in my life. They close at 12:45 every day which is utterly bone-idle and ludicrous. They never get back to you in terms of appointments and it's just a nightmare trying to get anything done. For any new students DO NOT REGISTER, go with an independent GP practice in York.

Waited 10 days for a call for an appointment and because I missed one call I have to now re book and wait another 10 days. I only need a quick 5 minute drop in.
