Moving on as getting an appointment is impossible. None available week after werk. The GPs are good if you can get to see them as are urgent care. Stopped getting bloods done few years ago as the phlebotomist was poor and had and attitude, chewing food during consultation. We have never changed GPs before unless moving area. Sorry but really should and could do better.

If I could give zero I would. I suffer from PTSD and bipolar. I’ve had to raise complaints about my original treatment of my conditions to that they have not ordered vital medication for my conditions despite 5 separate phone calls leaving me with no medication for a week. I’m currently making a formal complaint through the surgery and the Ombudsman. A very very incompetent organisation on several levels
