Dishonest. They found me a tenant who went to jail and defaulted on the rent. They then placed him somewhere else knowing that he used the money he owed me to pay the deposit on the new place.

Review

The apartment I rent was amazing. However the service from the agent frOm Camden House was really bad. Anytime I had problem I could not reach anyone before weeks or months. Except when money was at stake. The attitude was disrespectful. I am still waiting for the deposit they owe me. I do not recommend it. Not to trust.

My partner and I were prospective clients of Camden House, having seen a lovely property they were marketing online. We were excited to try and arrange a viewing, but unfortunately they made this very difficult for us. We emailed on Friday morning, received no reply, then called twice in mid and late afternoon, both times being assured that they would get back to us with a booking by the end of the day. They failed to do this and left us hanging all weekend. Upon calling again on Monday morning we were eventually able to arrange a viewing to see the property. However, this delay led to the property being taken off the market and our appointment being cancelled. We are extremely disappointed that their tardiness and lack of honesty on Friday cost us this opportunity.

I moved here from London and with not knowing the area very well i needed a letting agency involved i found this company very helpful and now i have a lovely home. compared to other companies in the area i found there fee's very reasonable
