My partner and I were prospective clients of Camden House, having seen a lovely property they were marketing online. We were excited to try and arrange a viewing, but unfortunately they made this very difficult for us.
We emailed on Friday morning, received no reply, then called twice in mid and late afternoon, both times being assured that they would get back to us with a booking by the end of the day. They failed to do this and left us hanging all weekend.
Upon calling again on Monday morning we were eventually able to arrange a viewing to see the property. However, this delay led to the property being taken off the market and our appointment being cancelled. We are extremely disappointed that their tardiness and lack of honesty on Friday cost us this opportunity.
