It's an industrial estate. Noth said really!! How the hell they got planning permission for a medical centre on an industrial estate in Cambridge is shocking. No doubt some palms were greased and fat cats pockets filled. But it does nothing to serve vulnerable people who by definition are at their lowest ebb with kidney failure. No fit and proper parking, signage, nothing that has anything to do with a medical centre. More akin to visiting a cattle market with a few lights. Completely UNFIT for purpose, not to mention the ordeal getting there with traffic etc. Heads should roll for this farce. Addenbrokes is bad enough and now they want to put Papworth in the most unsuitable location too. That said staff and doctors are great and I dont imagine they are enthralled at the facility either. Just madness and another example of kicking the common man in the guts when he is down. If this complies with planning permission then it aint from this planet!
