Friendly, helpful welcome. Nice and flat. Bright, clean toilet block with plenty of wash facilities and 2 free to use hairdryers on the wall. Easy to get to and plenty of petrol stations, shops etc within a few minute's drive. Close to a park and ride. Quiet at night (very dark though, need a good torch)

We have just spent 2 nights here and loved it. It's a very spacious site and has very clean toilets and showers. There is also a nice little area to walk dogs. The staff were very helpful. We will definitely return in the future.

We arrived one hour early of our booking and were unable to check in as the reception was closed. We left our vehicle in their external empty visitor car park and headed into Cambridge rather than disturb the staff who had a note on the door that nobody could check in until 1pm and they were cleaning. When we arrived back at 3pm we said hello and asked to check in. Initially the lady completely ignored us. We tried again. Her first words were, ‘What are you checking in?’ No greeting of ‘hello’. When she discovered it was our camper van parked in the empty car park she aggressively said she had been trying to find out who had left it there! When my husband asked if it was a problem she just blanked us. She then told us how much we owed her and did not say any more. The problem could have easily been solved if they were to take down the registration of your vehicle on booking, surely?! We were left to feel like naughty school children. She was incredibly rude. The site is very well maintained but due to the bad atmosphere we will not be returning.

A beautiful site. Extremely well managed and very friendly. The showers and toilets are spotless with loads of hot water. The access to the site is via a short private road which requires campers to leave the site by 12 and arrivals only after 13.00 A bus stop is a 5 minute walk from the site and goes fight into Cambridge centre. There is a little shop near the bus stop for extra food supplies, but thé site shop does sell some essentials.

Nice site with good cycling access to City Centre via the guided bus way. Large open site with grass and hard standing pitches. Site staff very friendly and they even loaned us an ext lead to reach the far away 230v socket.
