Trustworthy & affordable. They fixed & transformed my old laptop with new touchscreen, keyboard, motherboard and 240g harddisk for £300 and helped me get it ready for shipping. It can be a busy shop to call, but to get in touch with them, email seems to be best way to have consistent conversations about repairs. Firstly, it's no more called Cafe Electronica. It's now under a new management, and I can't remember now what the new name is again because I asked. Services are good and include being able to use the internet, do printing and photocopies.

Excellent service, my laptop had a problem after it had just passed its warranty and I lost the receipt, the guy sorted the issue in a day and couldn't have been nicer about it

10/10 would recommend! Incredible customer service! So friendly, informative and professional. They were able to retrieve all my of my data from a MacPro hard drive which hadn't been used in several years. Great price! Very impressed and will definitely use them again for my tech needs!

Absolutely FANTASTIC service! These guys went well out of their way to recover some data from a very old phone. They even had to drive to London and didn't charge me any more than what was quoted, which was a good price as well. They kept me up to date and I simply can't recommend this business enough.
