Avoid at all costs. One doctor was rude, another was spreading false rumours about NHS. Seems like doctors do not have any procedures or quality standards and do whatever they want to scare you to death to rip you off. Now I understand why people generally rely on NHS in serious matters...

Great facilities, brilliant doctors and surgeons, nurses who really care about your wellbeing and adminstrators who make the whole process slick. Only issue with the hospital is that some uber drivers refuse to pick up here as they think it is in the congestion charge zone.

I attended Cromwell Hospital recently to see Dr Sukh Nijjer. I had been searching and praying for a cardiologist for 9 long years who could carry out appropriate tests for a heart anomaly called a myocardial bridge. I couldn't believe my eyes when I was researching one night and found a video Dr Nijjer had online. He is, without a doubt, truly amazing. He is so approachable and takes time to explain everything making you feel at ease. He is a very skilled cardiologist and you feel you are in safe hands from the minute you meet him. I would highly recommend him. I received excellent care. I can't thank him enough. I have had follow up video consultations with him. He always responds to any questions I have by email if I forget to ask him something. He has given me answers at long last. All the staff at Cromwell Hospital are very professional friendly and helpful and I have to say the food was excellent 👌.

The whole process is incredibly slow and poor quality. If you need a PCR test for a procedure, you better call them because they won’t organise it, even though they say they will. My operation was cancelled because the anaesthetist was “stuck in traffic”. Pathetic, especially given the incredibly high cost. Just go to an NHS hospital, they’ll treat you with much more respect and it’s free
