Lovely hotel right at the heart of St. Nicholas Market! Affordable price, great location, friendly staff. Rooms are relatively small but has everything you need. Our room was clean and quite new. Nice bar and lounge area with a cute honest bar. There are several caravan rooms on the roof top that I definitely want to try next time. 20 mins walk from the Temple Mead station and several pubs and bars just around the corner if you want a late night drink without walking far.

Caravans were cool and quirky! Bed was very comfy and being 6ft4 I surprisingly had enough room to move about without banging my head. Woke up a bit cold in the morning but nothing a hot shower couldn't sort out. Other than that it was brilliant

The staff is very friendly. Though there it kind of stops with positive feedback. Place is in serious need of refurbishment. From ground floor till room. You will not be able to find square meter without stains. Rooms are small and very warm. Opening window was not possible because of street noise. Lot of choice of breakfast but none of them could produce a smile on my face

It's been a few years since I have stayed here but it is a fabulous, centrally located in Bristol Town Centre, no parking on site but concessions on car park nearby. Airstream Caravans on roof, better in summer than winter. Rooms in Guest House are lovely as is the breakfast, but a lovely location and friendly staff.

My wife and I spent two nights at Brooks Guesthouse in Bristol. It is in a tremendous location in the old city. Our booking was for a king room, and we were rather disappointed with the room size, and the bed was at best queen size. The breakfast on the first morning was excellent, however on the second morning the chef was a no-show, and only continental breakfast was available. So overall review was disappointing.

The staff are nice and the rooms clean! The decor of the room makes it feel very nice and cosy. The bathroom is a bit on the small side, but that’s not a big issue. The location of Brooks Guesthouse is perfect! Everything you might need is in walking distance. The bed was large and very comfortable

Very upset, made a booking from booking. Com and got for a good price. At night time they messege me saying system had a error and I got wrong price. They did not give me the room at that price and I did everything correct. They ruined my trip and I need to find another hotel 24hrs later. False advertisement and unfair.
