Didn't let me in because of my shoes

Visited liverpool from Florida 2 years ago and this place became my local and I'll be back in s few months :D

Bar is ok. Music is good. Don't like that they scan your ID and put it on a screen as you walk in with everyone to see. Also don't respond to emails about data protection

Decent cocktails and a very lengthy happy hour which is always a bonus. Good value and nice drinks, with the Brooklyn name I was hoping for more bourbon/rye options on the menu and the decor/music was in no way a reflection of Brooklyn style, but who cares, it had some tunes on and the drinks were tasty and very reasonable!

I'll start with saying that I love Brooklyn Mixer and come here whenever I am out, but what I witnessed on Friday night made me question if it is a place I want to be spending my time in. When I was waiting in a queue to go in one of the bouncers (tall, big one) was talking to a group of 3 guys and it clearly looked like they offering him money. He initially refused (I think because he realised he was being watched), however I saw the guys putting the money in his pocket and I am sure he kept it. In the meantime one of those 3 guys was searched by another bouncer and I overhead the bouncer saying he can't let him in because he had drugs on him and after short conversations the guy walked away (again maybe only because I was watching them). What is disturbing for me is that later on I saw the guy that supposedly​ had drugs on him inside the club, which made me wonder if that is what the bouncer took the money for? Like I said at the beginning, I love this place but probably won't be coming back anytime soon.

We booked a cocktail masterclass here and it was amazing! So attentive and fun staff. We did our class with Leonard ( I hope I got your name right ) , he was great with the whole group. Really good variation of cocktails to try. Highly recommend! Fantastic service! Thank you so much. 🧡

Can't describe how disgusted I was at some supervisors just sat ordering bar staff about. The bar staff are fantastic they work so hard. I would not accept being spoken to like dirt by some jumped up girl who is clearly the managers favorite for 1 reason or another, mmmm I can guess the reason!!!! The big bosses clearly need to look into what's going on. I don't work there and I was fuming. I would avoid this barat all costs

Great music, good atmosphere

First night out & first place we went… 30 minute wait for drinks, arrived with wrong drinks & then told us they stopped doing the drinks we ordered…. 30 minutes before after paying. Said they would not refund. Terrible service.

Poor service and the place is filthy, sticky floors and tables. Avoid!
