Good place to organize big parties, party rooms near by toilets though... Good bar, especially bar tenders were really friendly and supportive. Keep up the good work.

Great location in beautiful area, parking always available. It is a cheap choice with a lovely outside area and people say the decor is dated, but I think it makes it unique and not your average clinical cheap hotel. Feels very old stylish and rooms are always nice and comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. I visit Manchester a lot and always my number one choice.

Came today 1st June 2019 for a spa day with afternoon tea!!! It was amazing, the staff were fantastic and friendly, the food was superb and the spa treatment was amazing. Had such a brilliant day, just wish we lived closer as we'd be there everyday

Only stayed night so we were near airport. Room was clean and staff helpful. Had burger and chips from restaurant and very nice.

We stayed here before and after our holiday to Egypt. Very comfortable beds and lovely bedrooms. Our dinner was delicious and very reasonable. Buffet breakfast was lovely, with a good choice of things to have.

Vouchers given and not honoured! Booked through Expedia and given vouchers that expire in December. Hotel closed until next year (2022). Expedia or the hotel will not extend the vouchers and so... Date of first attempted stay: April 2020!

This hotel is beautiful its surrounded by beautiful scenery the rooms are modern upto a good standard of quality, the bar inside sell nice draft beers with a pleasant atmosphere, there are alot of wedding bookings tho but being a beautiful hotel can you blaim them, the staff are please t and alway go the extra mile to help.
