Good for the arena - 10 mins walk. Usual good value for a clean and comfortable room. Restaurant gets busy and service suffers a bit. Lots of other eating opportunities close by though. Have stayed here a number of times and will come back.

Very clean comfy and quiet room. Great meal in restaurant with good range of choices for vegetarian diners. Such a shame that the human check in - that friendly, personal welcome now has to direct you to the automated machine which then failed as it ran out of key cards. Your friendly staff are a big selling point PI, don't replace them with a faulty machine!

A really great Premier Inn that was a perfect location for both the arena and shopping around arndale. It was busy on arrival but staff worked quickly to keep things moving. The room was nice and big and positioned at the front of the building. It was clean and also well insulated from the noise outside. Parking is on-site and cost £5 which covered us until 3pm the next day. Would highly recommend

Great hotel in the heart of Manchester! If you're planning on heading into the centre of Manchester for shopping or the MEN Arena for a show, this hotel is perfect. It's modern, rooms are always clean when I've stayed and the staff are really helpful. Good prices on certain days too.

Me & my mother and her friend & my friend booked a room for two. Upon arrival roughly around 10pm we were immediately questions and stopped, we were waiting for 10-15 minutes as the guy required ID for all four of us, even though it isn’t a legal obligation as the legal requirement is one adult per room which we had. I strongly felt it was racially motivated as the white couple behind us were immediately let through with no problems at all however we had to speak to the manager as one person had their id on the phone even though all three off us has our ID in person. This was already a bad start to the experience and was really frustrated as we come all the way from Bradford for this horrible experience. The room were nice however did not appreciate the manager and the women he came with banging on my door at 4AM for a ROOM SEARCH and demanded I wake my mother up two doors down as he’d like to search her room even tho they seen her check into her room a few hours ago. As they check you in when you come in the building it was appalling. I told the man to leave several times and that I’m not waking my mother up and he did not leave and firmly demanded it until I had to raise my voice and tell him to go. We complained in the morning which was not even taken seriously. We was told to email the company. The lack of professionalism was horrible. They was one lovely staff on the bar, I think she’s a manager however the rest of the staff were horrible, intimidating and I did not sleep the whole night scared that the manager would come barging in my room. Honestly, a waste off money, a horrible experience and it ruined my whole night.

Really enjoyed our stay here. It wasn’t too noisy. The bed was really really comfortable. We found the room to be really cold, even with the heating on it was still rather cold. The staff were all really friendly and helpful if we were to need anything. Check in and out we’re very quick and easy aswell.
