Britannia Airport Hotel manchester

Would not recommend this hotel. The staff at the reception is not friendly. We experienced that the hotel employee started helping someone else in the middle of our conversation, which is just disrespectful. The name "airport hotel" does not suit the location of the hotel. Unless you get a taxi from the airport, it takes a long time to get from airport to hotel. In our room the bathtub had a leak, which resulted in the bathroom be full of water after a quick shower. Also the fire alarm went of at 01:00h at night. So the whole hotel had to leave their room and evacuate. All in all not a nice experience.

Great rooms, nice shower. Everything u need realy. Helpful Friendly Staff, staff happy to sort out travel to Airport. Also offer Alarm Service. Service with a Smile.

Very nice staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. A good deal on parking for flights.

This hotel was clean, contrary to many reports about this hotel. The bathroom and bedroom were exceptionally clean and we parked free for 1 night. The menu choice a little limited for an evening meal, more snacks/fast food type of menu. There are several shops, a short walk just down the road, turn left from the hotel, should you wish to purchase anything. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels & I would certainly stay here again if flying from Manchester.

Terrible stay. The reception staff were surely and not helpful. Never had so much trouble just checking in to a hotel before. No customer service or even any interest in the customer. The room was cold and unheated, the bed was unbelievably uncomfortable, the spare blanket had awful stains on it. The whole place was run down and dated. The toilet didn't flush properly. All in all not worth the money.

Easy to find. Staff very helpful. Reasonably priced for room, food and drink. Food was lovely. Close to airport. Would definitely stay again.

Efficient reception and friendly with it. Clean, warm rooms. Bit keen to make sure you depart on time, we had room service knocking on the door half an hour before check out to make sure we were leaving

The hotel is very well situated next to motorway. I arrived early and staff were very accommodating. Room was clean with comfortable bed. Ate in the bar at night, as I was travelling on my own, reasonable prices and also had a happy ‘hour’ between 5-8pm which was great. Hotel a bit dated but great value for the price I paid with free parking!

Stayed at this hotel Monday until Thursday and I can not fault it. Staff could not do enough for you. I was in room 112 and it looks like it has just been decorated. The room was immaculate and lovely and warm. The food was good too.
