The staff are very pleasant and polite and make you feel very comfortable when talking to them ,my only objection is the company itself who prey on poor people who have limited options ,It may seem a quick fix solution to the items you need, but can end up spiraling in severe debt which chokes up most of low incomes,I feel Brighthouse traps poor people buying from them and these kind of companies should be investigated.
