Sky lack of support and backup meant I struggled to get my e-mails and I am pleased to say that Andrew at Fathom was able to cut through the Sky defences to get me back on track. A big thank you to Andrew and shame on Sky for there unhelpful and obstructive responses.

What can I say, top job from Andrew and the team , I needed a hard drive replacement due to old one crashing on start up with no way of restoring to previous point etc. Andrew was able to replace the hard drive, restore most of the files and gave me a 7 day time frame which He completed on the 7th day. I'd recommend these guys for your basic computer needs. Also They are the cheapest in the area as I got numerous quotes from other PC repair shops.
