While there were some difficulties with the referencing process on my end, Trudie Boateng made it a smooth process and was very attentive throughout. She was easy to get in contact with, communicated everything to us, was in touch frequently, and helped us find a way to get the right flat for us in a constrained time frame. I really appreciated all of her help, and I highly recommend the branch.

Bridgfords were by a country mile the best part of our sale process. We basically chose them because we had a gut feeling that they were nice people, and that proved to be a great decision, as they were always there for us, offering help and guidance for all kinds of things - in fact, while we sold our flat through them, John and Muneer actually ended up being more helpful than the estate agents for the purchase end! We had valuations by several other estate agents in the area, and felt they were the only ones offering honest valuations and not simply trying to get us on their books by tempting us with unrealistic values.
