Providing support and care to the customer satisfaction is not always easy, particularly when a property service, like Bridge, has to deal with people who come from different countries and have different perceptions and expectations of the service provider. In this context, I think what Bridge is providing is exceptional (and are also responding to the queries that are posted on Google, with their point of view - so I cannot say they do not have a sense of ownership or do not respond - one more reason for a 5 star). Would rather encourage them to continue to do their best with a better Star. By the way, have been associated with Neil - maybe this rating is about him as much as that of Bridge.

Unprofessional bunch of people! We viewed a flat and wanted to go ahead and sign the contract, agent said no problem my office will call you so you can transfer the holding deposit , nobody called me, I was keep chasing them, 3 days later admin said oh I’m sorry the flat has been let to somebody else !! And agent didn’t know about it and now he is on holiday! When packing was already started. How ridiculous is that ! Even one star is to much !

Stay away from these people! Crappy agent by all means. All people working there including the manager care for one thing only. Rip you off with much money possible! I rented a flat with them and the first thing was that they lied to me about the prepaid meters, told me they go on bills basis ( on day I moved. Power was out and they tried have me sign the contract with no lights in). They told me so many endless lies, the property didn't have insulation and the heating was insufficient regardless of what was tried. the bed base was broken and they blamed it on me! before I left I paid full month and was told they'll return the excess if I left earlier, when I left they told me provided that we find another tenant and we didn't!

To be honest with you I think that I’m more then generous with 1 star . They don’t worth any.. Bad experience with them and I don’t think I will be step-in one time in my life inside.. They just want to take your money and without helping you , even if they didn’t help you with nothing, they’re aspecting a fee from you. Hilarious If you want to make a business with them... Think one more time again... PS: This is all you have to say? Let me tell you something, this is your way to take money from the client .. anyway, I will not gonna step a single step inside your office and my reference to all my friends and people from here is to “avoid this company” Good luck with that and with next victims !
