I recently discovered the salt cave at Breathe Stretch Float. I have suffered with sinus problems for years and I also have asthma, which requires me to use a puffer daily. After the first Halotherapy session in the salt cave I noticed a change. After 4 visits the difference in my health has been astounding. I am only using my puffer once every few days, the difference in my breathing is amazing and I'm not waking up with sinus pain every morning. I noticed such a difference when doing my yoga class this morning and couldn't believe just how much my breathing has improved. I cannot recommend the salt cave highly enough. The whole experience at Breathe Stretch Float is really wonderful. The energy that greets you is like a warm hug as soon as you walk into this beautiful space. It's truly a hidden gem and a magical experience from the moment you walk in. Can't wait to try a float in the near future. Thank you Jim and Jo for always being so welcoming and for creating this magical space for us to enjoy.

Last time I had a float, I came in feeling super stressed out and struggling with so many of life’s complexities. After the 1 hour float, I came out feeling relaxed and calm, what a relief! Not just feeling 100% better, but 2, 3, 400% better, an amazing experience that’s so worthwhile for self care. If you want to de-stress, do yourself a favour and book a float. You’ll be amazed how wonderful you’ll feel afterwards.

One of the best relaxing activity to do as a couple. There are two separated rooms to float so it is perfect if you want to share this unique moment with someone special. We really enjoyed our session and found the entire experience absolutely amazing. The place is very inviting, with all the crystals and it is so clean and well decorated. We met the owner and he is such a lovely man, such a gracious host who took the time to explain everything and we felt so welcome and not rushed at all. Everything is also provided towels, pillow, earplugs, shampoo, etc....The floating experience in epsom salt is fantastic, it is hard to describe you have to live but I can tell you that afterwards I felt so so relaxed and the evening I slept like a baby. Definitely something to try and do it again and again!
