Good service when selecting kitchen doors. Helpful and friendly. Convenient location off the ring road. Best to visit outside peak hours as traffic can get busy.

Ok just to pop in and grab what you need if your in a rush. As a builder myself I prefer Hull road b&q. More option and easier for trades

Can't even answer the phone. ... you ring .. it then sounds like someone walking with the phone in a pocket... you can hear lots of staff talking but not too the phone and then after shouting down the phone you get put on hold... BAD customer service. ..... So still waiting 10mins later.... Clifton moor you are rubbish....

Delightful store, a male member of staff on the decorating Isle, went above & beyond to help us out, eg highly satisfied customers

My wife and I visited B&Q Clifton Moor York on November 11th 2020 to buy wall paint. A female staff member named "ALISON" was at the entrance informing incoming customers about safety guidelines in the shop regarding COVID-19. While I applaud this good practice, our experience here was different. "ALISON" was rude and condescending in her manner of speaking to us. I reported her ill mannered behaviour to the Manager before leaving and we will NEVER RETURN.

Terrible, I travelled 30 minutes from the store in Hull Road as the item I was looking for was showing 3 in stock. Arrived and after a thorough check with staff assistance there wasn't any. Other option was on the peg for £13 but once I went to the checkout I was told it was £22 and it had been stocked wrong.

Plenty of parking places and the store was not to crowded so that I was able to walk round and purchase what I needed with no problems

The most wonderful place for shopping and browsing, an opinion not necessarily shared by my wife.

Why don't staff members wear masks while every few minutes there are announcements thanking and encouraging customers to wear a mask, maintain the distance and protect one another?
