B&Q salisbury

Really helpful, even helped carry my tiles to the car.

Placed an order on line made a payment to be rang up saying we are sorry we don't have the stock in we will refund your money which will take up to 3to 5 working days with this day and age when an item of stock is sold it would automatic up date the system with out taking payment and having to wait up to 5 days pathetic and bull s*** maybe click to reserve and then when you've got the item then pay u bunch of Muppets

Store and Staff are just fine but who was the numpty that repainted the parking spaces exactly the same size as the old ones which were obviously based on a 1968 Mini? Was any thought put into it at all? What a missed opportunity to lead the way!

On this occasion I was disappointed. I am usually an advocate for B and Q , the staff are friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Not happy at being asked to put all large pots of paint of the same make and colour on conveyor to be scanned after recently recieving treatment for my back. Sounds like a bit of a moan but do they not have the same barcode or cashier could have come round to scan them as they do with very large items.

Shop it's self not bad but for the love of God or Allah condemn your customer toilet, disinfect it and install a damn air freshener. It has tiles which have fallen from the wall and smells like urine is oozing from the walls. Disgusting.

Mary served us today 30/07 at the paint mixing department and went above and beyond what would be normal, going out of her way to advise us even with our other purchases - all with a smile and gentle humour. She is a credit to your company with her well rounded knowledge, hang onto her.

Shaun ay the Salisbury store has been exceptional. He went above and beyond in helping me find stock that was unavailable in over a 50 mile radius. He called me back after all hope was lost with stock located. I can now thankfully complete the last 20% of my kitchen tiling project. 5 stars to Shaun and B&Q!!

Very small store with limited choice. No timber cutting and the timber they did have was poor quality. Everything else was fine but as I said not much choice.

Salisbury B&Q store is so well organised at this difficult time. Helpful staff especially Nicky in the paint mixing department. She went out of her way to help me today. As on the previous occasion that she mixed paints for me she is happy, interested and keen in what she does. Top marks!

Good shopping just a nightmare to get their when oh when are they going to wake up to the fact Salisbury needs a bye pass seriously.
