Wasted our time at O2 shop in Salisbury , Tesco chaps were professional, quick and explained everything . Excellent customer service, well done , sorry I didn't get a name.... 14th may... Monday afternoon around 1-2pm . Car park exit had eased .... don't go at peak times because of this due to roadworks but always bad at peak times .

We stopped at this Tesco this afternoon on our way home from a weekend in Bognor Regis. I have to say I do not think we considered the effect such a stop could possible have had...... Trying to get out of the car park back onto the A36 was an absolute nightmare! I am not even exaggerating when I say it took over 30 mins to get on the main road! We have made this mistake once and will never do it again, I urge all of my family and friends to steer well clear of this store as It is really not worth the time and effort! Shocking!
