Bought A Dremel a few months ago and it became faulty and wouldn't release the bit as the locking bolt wouldn't engage. After terrible customer service at Argos who refused to accept a return after 6 months without authority from Microsoft (against your statutory rights to do that BTW) I was dreading having to return this as I rarely return anything. The guy quickly checked it and then took me up to the aisle to grab a brand new one without any fuss. Fantastic customer service, I buy a lot of stuff at B&q and I'll continue to shop there with confidence now. Thanks B&Q!

I just want to thank Jean who helped me with my new kitchen. Having been to other kitchen suppliers, Jean was the only one who sat me down to discuss my budget, the size of my kitchen and the different ranges on offer. I have saved for many years for a new kitchen and looked forward to the process of picking my new kitchen out however I had a horrible experience at both Wickes and Homebase. Wickes dismissed me because I look young and they automatically assumed I could not afford a kitchen. Homebase never had a kitchen designer therefore never bothered to reply back to my enquiry. Jean never had any preconception of me and treated me like any other customer looking for a new kitchen. She has great customer service skills and was fast to book me in for an official appointment. My kitchen is now looking amazing and I am so happy with the results. Also want to say the delivery men were equally friendly and were great to deal with.

I was looking for flooring for my kitchen and I wanted to make sure the size I had was correct and that I bought enough flooring. I spoke to a young guy who was super helpful and could not do enough for me. He advised me he would get me a floor specialist, just to make sure the measurements was all correct. I then spoke to John who works on the flooring section, he was such a joy to deal with and very helpful and patient even though he was super busy! He helped me make the right choice and even loaded all the flooring onto a cart. The service I received from these two gents today will see me back shopping in the Paisley store. They are a real credit to your store and people like this makes a shopping experience much more enjoyable. Thanks John & sorry I didn’t get the other chaps name.

I wanted to share my huge thanks and appreciation to a fantastic woman in store - Eileen. Eileen in Customer Services made a return of a large product I had purchased three months ago easy and quick after a long process of difficultly with the product manufacturer. She’s amazing, made my daughter and I felt at ease and nothing was too much trouble for her. We need more Eileen’s in this world! Thank you so much Eileen, you are amazing ⭐️❤️ Sharon & family x
