I'm in the middle of a DIY project and needed some wood cut. Even though the wood was too narrow for the machine to cut, Matt agreed to cut it by hand for me. This was way above and beyond what he had to do, and I really appreciated the excellent service. We were also helped by someone at checkout that assisted us with getting a lot of compost and bark into the van. I was really impressed by how helpful all the staff we spoke to were.

They use a new approach to service of customer, insult and mocking. They greeted me today at entering with shouting and racism - not the first time anyway. Absolutely shocking behaviour and it looks like the manager does not control anything. Following in the future they will end up like the Wicks shop on the opposite side of the road.

New guy at at Trade is very efficient and quick, keep him.

No gas in stock no help at desk as stockest, only propane sold sould not be stockest poor

B&Q has the right size and density of products. Staff has been helpful. I like coming here.

They have most things at a good price. You have to look for someone to help, and although some of the staff don't know much, but they know someone who does! Good place.
