I fell over on a wet surface outside this petrol station and when I told a member of staff about it he just laughed!! He never bothered to see if I was ok although my knee was bleeding quite badly and I had just been to minor injuries to follow up a fall I had the previous day! In fact no one bothered to see if I was ok. I hope your CCTV picked this up. Not impressed

Got to the station long day at work and a long journey ahead, greeted with exceptionally great service with a smile at 21.40.its so good to see that a member of staff could have such an effect on mood, so much so i had to go back and thank him just for that. Thank you James

The car wash damaged my car. The dryer function reached the back and as it did not stop it hit and scraped the back. When I told the staff they weren’t surprised or apologetic, they just had me fill out an incident report. I followed it up with the company 3 times with no response. Avoid this company at all cost they have no value for customers and if they damage your vehicle they will not take responsibility. Obviously don’t use the car wash but in a more general sense if any of their equipment is faulty such as petrol pump or car accessories, they have a history of avoiding responsibility so it will end up costing you. Save yourself time and money and use somewhere else.

Paid £15 (over 11 litres) of unleaded at pump 10 and got about 3 litres of fuel. I assume the pump is faulty, but best to go elsewhere.

Great garage. Staff VERY pleasant and helpful. Especially after been turned away at other garages to use collect+ when am a paying customer.

Watch out for one worker. Every time I buy there, he always tries to charge me more. Later, he pretends to be stupid, refuses to make a return and asks if I would like to get something in return for it. It happened to me and my friends several times. You should check receipts every time in this place...
