BP liverpool

On many occasions over the past few weeks i have called in the bp for petrol and used pump 5 each time the first time i used it i noticed that petrol had been leaking out of the hose when filling up your car. Each occasion i have made the staff aware of this matter but they just laugh and to behonest dont care. Today i went in their used pump 5 as usual this time when filling up my car the hose has got that bad that it was sqwerting every where this time it has gone all over my shoes,clothing,hands and all down the side of my car. Yet again i made the staff aware and was just laughed at but as i made them aware its a health and safety matter and a danger to the public i was quickly turned on by a woman and a male who were both shop workers not only did they verbally abuse me but they tried to lock me in the garage by locking the doors and was talking to each other in their language which i didnt understand. This is not right not only have my garments been destroyed but i was treated awful for simply trying to stop something that can happen and be very catastrophic to both the workers and the general public.

Very poor customer service provided by young lad. Arrogant behaviour with bad approach towards customer.

Man was so rude took a video of him telling my friend to shut his mouth this was at 20 past 12 pm shouldn't have the job attitude was horrible!!!

I went at this store on 17/12/20 early morning That forecourt was not cleaning it’s was disgusting so many rubies on the forecourt and bin also full ; I took the snap i did update already on your website; BEST BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT AND BEST WORSE BP

Short changed by the woman behind the till. The till tells you how much change to give, so I'm pretty sure it wasn't a mistake.

Came to this garage at 11pm last night and paid £19 for a cheap Russian bottle of vodka that cost £11 anywhere else came back two hours later at 1am and asked for the same bottle to be told it's now £24 absolute ripp off or the staff are pocketing the money discusting that these can get away with ripping people off
