Excellent selection of cosmetic brands.good service, shelves kept stocked. Good selection of shops at Monks Cross shopping centre York. Several empty units as they have just built additional units. Interesting to see how they fill them

Called today and it took me 30 minutes to find somebody capable of dealing with my requirements. That person's name was Anthony he was excellent. The reason I was unable to find an assistant before Anthony was that they were too busy applying lipstick to themselves and spraying perfumes Into the air totally unnecessary if i was a manager in that store i would have sacked them on the spot. This is not good enough Boots customer care around cosmetics needs to be addressed.

It's a Boots! Has pharmacy service and optical service too. Large so stocks most things you need. Good perfume counter

Plenty of free parking for this very big Boots store on Monks Cross on the York ring road. The store carries the Boots full range and includes a pharmacy. Clean and well presented with pleasant staff.

Always get what I need here

I love boots. I got a couple of bargains too. Buy one get one free no7 mascara, a free bronzing compact with several colours in it and a 10 per cent off voucher. Fabulous. X

It's a Boots store. Not much I can say. This is a good one though. Big, well laid out, staff are helpful.

Large store with plenty of room to strole around to find what you need. The staff are great and very helpful. If the Pharmacy doesn't have what you need they will order it in and get back to you when it has arrived.

I invariably get great value for money on mens shaving gels,aftershave deodorants.
