Disgusted with the attitude of the staff at No.7 counter. They took other customers before me even though I had been there waiting at till for 20mins. Kept being told I would be next . I was not rude just pointed out they took two people before me. I put my goods down on counter to walk away and was told to put them back where I got them. Sorry but with attitude like that I won't be spoken back to like that.. there is no excuse for their poor attitude. I will go back to my local one in Carlisle where they treat customers with respect.

Staff are excellent, as a rule.limped there the other day with a pulled calf muscle,as I got to the door they were locking up, wouldn't serve me even though they could see I was in pain and didn't need to be walking any further. The guy looked pretty pleased with himself as he was telling me no.
