Sometimes genuinely helpful, and other times obstructive for no real reason. Just had a very confusing interaction and I wasn't allowed to share my side, even though I'd consulted a GP. Ended up walking out with not what I requested and being told I was wrong, to contact my GP (my GP had advised over the counter if you'd have listened and there's a non-urgent 8 week plus waiting list at present). Just because people aren't pharmaceutically qualified it doesn't mean they're addicts or not sensible! I don't want to be in a chemist managing my health any more than you do so service with a smile would go a long way. And all this happened with the backdrop of a poor hearing impaired woman being yelled, huffed and puffed at near the counter, which was lovely. I presume her visit was more successful than mine though!
