Writing this review on behalf of my wife, who was wrongly given an anticoagulant instead of her prescribed statin medication. She had terrible complications from dental surgery as a result. Asked a doctor friend what the worst outcome might have been in this instance. His response: "Well, she could have died...". There's no excuse for this sort of prescription error.
