I love boots so much they are so wonderful people who work there. They helped me with some shampoo because I got two girls who can't have perfume shampoo at all so they helped me so much and they listen to you what you want so I give them 100% so come on down to boots and say hello to them.

They always seem to be lacking stock which is irritating but understandable, however what I find upsetting is the staff are always really rude. They are snappy and make it very obvious they don’t want to help you, as someone who is nervous in shops, I found myself crying today after a staff member was so nasty to me. I avoid if I can but it’s the closest pharmacy:/
