Lots of items but mostly very large sizes and a bit old fashioned Didn't get what I was looking for

Good range of clothes and sizes. Clothing tends to be targeted at older ladies, but there have been a few gems in there. Good sales frequently. There have been a couple visits where the counter staff have been a tad short and rude with customers, but most of the ladies who work there are fine.

Really good prices & quite a lot of choice.

Lots of nice clothes for women with a more curvy figure :)

I'd like to say a huge thank you to the 2 lovely ladies working in Bonmarche in York this morning! With the heavy rain I was soaked through, they were so nice and cut the tags off the new tee-shirt and coat I had to buy and let me put them on before I left their shop. I always find the sizes are either smaller or larger than what they say and each product it different. Therefore, you have to take 3 sizes, of what you like, Into the changing rooms, for one product. Each item can differ In size too. That’s the most Frustrating thing about this shop, but otherwise okay. Can you possible cater for 40+ of years? I find that most Products are for the Over 60+, but a lot of younger people are Shopping there now too. Staff are all very nice and as helpful as possible. It’s just the sizes and patterns on everything, or a massive studded butterfly 🤦🏻‍♀️

Not as good as it used to be. All Bon Marche stores seem to have a limited range of products compared to a couple of years ago. Staff are usually pleasant and helpful. Items are reasonably priced if you can find what you want.

Good quality and reasonable price.
