Should rebrand as bogus carpets. Customer service appalling as is communication. What contractor turns up after 3pm to do a job which is booked in?? If your looking for customer satisfaction go elsewhere.

Was helpful when phoned but when I got there the price quoted over phone did not seem to add up. I was joined by I think one of the bosses he was very helpful in trying to get me s carpet at a reasonable price. For a bedroom I got quoted £110 then it was 40 for fitter. So not bad I suppose. I will post some pictures of the carpet it was 6.99 Sq metre I think

I had to write this review as I am dealing with the Gt. Howard St branch for the third time in 3 years. They could not be more helpful, going out of their way to give advice and find the most suitable quality. Their stock is high quality, but more importantly so are their staff. Girls were lovely, but a special mention for John, who remembered what I bought the first time 3 years ago! Amazing!

Customer service non-existent. Were promised by Kenny a quick, hassle-free experience with a quote the day after measuring and fitting could happen the same week, turns out this was just a pitch. Spent the next 5 days chasing them and being fobbed off. "We are busy, snowed under, we'll call you back in an hour". No call back, when called again for Kenny his colleague asked rudely "What do you expect apart from dragging him to the phone?". What I expect is for you to do better. Do what you say you are going to do and if that isn't possible, then at least make an effort to manage expectations if you can't quite offer what you said you could - this doesn't seem unreasonable. I wanted to support local businesses after Covid but apparently this one is busy enough that some customers don't matter. Ended up going elsewhere and a fitting date is already booked in half the time.

I had an amazing experience, thanks to Nick and the team for making me have the biggest smile ever. What you did for my centre was fab and we appreciate it greatly. I was so excited when our vinyl arrived, I screeched with joy. If I could jump I would of done lol. Thanks again
