Friendly place to train, weights, cardio all the usual. It is a leisure gym so you have a very varied mix of ages doing various exercises. Find the trainers very helpful and are only too happy give help with advice or assistance . Overall this is a very relaxed place to train. Your only competition is YOU!!!

It’s a great gym, very large and with friendly staff. It is a little tatty and I have always been frustrated at the difference in opening times from a Friday to a Saturday (1.5 hours) utterly stupid and very unhelpful but all in all it’s decent.
