I have used this shop for 15years and have always recommended to others but I won’t any more the silver there buying in now soft and cheap possibly from China . The customer services isn’t great manager is extremely rude when you return any item even with receipt , it’s never the fault of the store always the customers fault he will never accept your opinion. Some of his rings are actually on sale in tkmax at half the price , I wouldn’t recommend again I had to leave 1 star to leave a review had I have had the choice it would have been no stars .

I’ve always recommended this shop to others & have purchased many items here myself. However, There silver has become very poor standard ( it’s also not advertised as mixed metal) & the Manager is very Rude, Abrupt & lacks customer service skills. He’s very friendly when selling but turns nasty when a Faulty item is returned. ALWAYS THE CUSTOMERS FAULT, Wont shop here nor will I recommend this store again. His customer service is just appalling.

Very friendly staff and the quality of the jewelry is very good. Plus, the designs suit any taste or range of clientele. We were recommended to go here by a local and we weren't disappointed at all. Will definitely visit again soon!

What a great silver shop this is , fantastic selection of silver jewellery of all kinds. Very reasonable prices and extremely high quality . Whenever we visit Liverpool we make a point of going to this shop. The staff have always been helpful and polite to us , we believe if you are nice to people they will in return be nice to you.
