I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have been lucky enough to have plenty of massages around the world and I still always come back to Body Mechanic. Rich knows his stuff. Period. He makes you feel welcome, relaxed and listens to what you have to say about your aches and pains. He also most importantly tailors the massage to suit YOUR needs and not his. I would and have recommended Rich on many occasions. Thanks Rich!

After competing at an elite level throughout my sporting career I have seen various physiotherapist’s and sports massage therapists. After changing sports over the last year I have encountered new injuries, aches and pains. I came too Rich with a lower limb injury which he was than happy to help me with. He was extremely knowledgeable and competent whilst maintaining professionalism throughout. After only a few sessions I was really pleased with the results and would most definitely recommend Rich to anyone.

Rich is brilliant at what he does. He listens to what aches and pains you can throw at him. The best bit is he then finds them but explains on a basic level of what he is doing and why. He is always courteous and his timekeeping is excellent. It is so handy to have a reliable and excellent value for money sports massage service available. Thanks rich!
