5/ 5

Following weeks of significant discomfort in my neck, shoulders and back and all the associated symptoms, I can honestly say that after 45 minutes (and a day to recover), Mark is an actual muscle wizard. Nice guy, relaxed environment, very reasonable pricing and amazing results. Will definitely be going be back.

Very professional, very knowledgeable and great fun to talk to. Mark knew exactly what I needed to fix my back after pulling a muscle at work. Really good advice on how to prevent exacerbating the muscle doing exercise over the next few weeks. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough. 10/10. Thanks so much Mark!
