Blue Wing Family Doctor Unit london

I've been with this doctors surgery for over 20 years. I had to have a scan last week and the results were emailed there and then for my doctor to refer me. I rung this week to make sure the doctor had received the referral and results and the receptionist advised they havent received them.. I emailed over a copy I had been given on email and nothing. I tried ringing yo check all was in hand and nothing no help whatsoever. And still nearly a week later I've had no acknowledgement from anyone so I will be putting a complaint in.

Doctors are very nice, caring and thorough with patients ailments. I've been with this surgery past 30 years only drawback is lack of efficiency in admin and front desk staff. If this is improved then this surgery will become even better.

I was so alarmed to read all these negative reviews . I have never accounted or had such bad experience, i felt all the staff at the reception was very polite and helpful, i dont know where its gone wrong. But all i can say is that the blue wing surgery has my vote for excellent service.

Reception staff very rude most of the time,not helpfull at all. They are like different people different rules. To register my hasbund took so long, first time I completed everything online and when I went in to confirm with them ,the lady didin't even know how to go on their website and they told me that I need to complet again the form which they gave me cuz they didn t have any information in their system.After went back with form ,id and proof of address and different lady was there she didn t ask me for proof of address but she said all done, after few days my husbund got the message from them that they need proof of address... waste of time with them. Sometimes they send the text message to confirm and remind your appoitment and sometimes not. Very dissapoited with this surgery. I won t recomend!

Extremely rude reception personnel. On the phone or face to face. Made a complaint but no one ever got back to me. Have been shouted at when trying to ask a simple question that I wanted to understand .have been laughed at when wanted to change my surname due to pregnancy it was incorrect, as rarely used GP I didn’t care . Don’t have the main lady’s name who’s ALWAYS rude but you know when you speak to her :D Ridiculous practise attitude.

Very unpolite staff,unhelpful,i waiting 45 min.on the phone and no one pick up the phone,i always waiting around 40-50 min on the phone.I never recommend this GP👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Waiting in line for 20 odd minutes and getting to first in line. The call was answered and then instantly hung up on me. This has happened multiple times in the past

Mrs Sukhi, front desk very unprefessional and rude with most of the patients. I don’t recommend this practice at all. There is no way to make an complaint as she said she is in charge of the practice, the other ladyes at the front desk are terified of her. Even a star is to much for them 👎

I had an appointment for my blood test today I never had such experience that they have to puncher my both arms and still not able to get blood for my blood test such unprofessional nurse . I have request to management to check their nurse qualification properly seems very unprofessional. It’s almost 8 hours now my both arms paining. It’s terrible experience of my life. Never ever happened before.
