3/ 5

Pretty good spot, the view posted is from the front door. Facilities clean and tidy, spa bath easily fits two adults. Located about 700m from Wentworth falls village and about 7km from Katoomba it's a well located spot in the blue mountains and served as a great base to cycle through the surrounding towns, explore the Jenolan caves and walk around the lake. The included continental breakfast had cereal, yogurt, fruit and 2L each of milk and OJ plus several kinds of tea and instant coffee. At special request the owner also put an electric cook top in the kitchenette for us, which made it possible to cook our own evening meals. Dropping two stars for a couple of reasons. We stayed here in May where the temp got down to 3 degrees overnight. While they have effective ducted heating and a small wall heater, the ducted heating is automated and we had no control over it, so we were wearing our coats inside in the evenings until it turned on. The pillows were very old and lumpy. The toilet was also slightly broken and ran water constantly unless turned off at the wall. These latter 2 things are minor. Honestly if I'd been warm I would have given them 5 stars.

The rudest most unprofessional I have ever dealt with. We can't believe what we had to put up with, from this woman Machaela. Unfortunately we can't give less than 1 star or we would.
