Really great therapy session. Super relaxing, and we spent the first 10 minutes talking about how the session could best be tailored to my preference and needs. I would recommend allowing plenty of time around your booking, as I had to rush off afterwards, when it would have been nice to take advantage of the relaxation time they allow. Ben was brilliant at working out all the knots, with it still being comfortable and relaxing.

The therapy sessions I've had at Blue Frog Therapies have been fantastic; they're incredibly relaxing and also very beneficial, both physically and mentally. Ben really tailors each session to make sure I'm getting the most out of it and I always leave feeling brilliant. I look forward to spending a couple of hours there every few weeks and see it more and more as a place for both physical and mental wellness as well as somewhere to become totally relaxed. I had never had a massage before but couldn't have chosen better! I would recommend to anyone!

It is always an excellent massage. The room is quiet, peaceful, has a lovely atmosphere with the sweet smell of aromatic oils and relaxing music playing in the background. Ben is very professional, caring, listens carefully to what you want to gain out of the massage and the session is never rushed. I would highly recommend going to visit Ben at Blue Frog Therapies as it will the best massage experience you have ever had!

It was AMAZING. Ben is so good and genuinely fixed and helped with a couple of issues I had with my neck and shoulder. Head and food massage was also very relaxing (Listening tropical rain in 8D, fabulous!). The attention was the best, very listening and understanding. Environment was so calming and relaxing. Tremendously recommended.
