Very poor communication, I asked for sns French manicure I told 3 staff members then they cut all of

Very poor communication, I asked for sns French manicure I told 3 staff members then they cut all of my nails off and started to put on false nails. The nail tech hurt my fingers several times taking off my shellac and the end product was very poor. Don't waste your time and money
