Amazing service. Wonderful staff! Clean and inviting. My esthetician was kind, incredibly helpful, and just a wizard with her craft. Front desk was so nice, and made the check in less nerve-wracking as well as being helpful with my allergies. This was my first time here and second facial ever, I left glowing and feeling incredible. Cannot wait to go back!

I enjoyed an hour long massage here with the CBD oil. It felt great and my body felt so much better when it was all said and done. I loved the "waiting lounge", it was relaxing and peaceful. My only complaint was there was another women in the lounge just sitting and chatting on the phone. The room is rather small so it was kind of annoying. Maybe a "no cell phone" sign might stop this. I also thought the gift shop area was nice too. Lots of goodies to choose from. I totally look forward to coming back and trying a facial next time.

I booked a 2 hour massage for my birthday weeks ago. The night before I got a call that they're canceling my appointment. They said they could rebook me for 6 weeks from now. Not impressed at all. If I would have canceled a few hours before like they did it would have cost me 50%. If Solei canceling on you the night before and all they say is sorry we can get you in 6 weeks from now is acceptable to you then go ahead and try booking your appointment. Otherwise I suggest booking your service at a salon that appreciates their customers.

Everything about Solei is blissful. The front room has tons of goodies for purchase. The reception staff are always lovely. And the massages are out of this world!! Definitely book one of their seasonal massages, they’re exceptional. Kierra and Jessica are my faves but I’m sure everyone here is amazing.
