Bishops Road Medical Centre cardiff

Receptionist was rude and unhelpful. Wouldn't let me register because I couldn't remember my NHS number. She wouldn't even accept my form and check my ID and let me add the number later. Not apologetic at all! Also while I was filling out the form in the waiting room I heard her being impatient with other people too. No respect for the fact that I took time out of my day and from work to register. No concern for health needs of patients. Total disgrace. It cost nothing to be polite!

Been with this surgery when Dr macman was on own then Dr Lewis joined since then have expanded and all the Dr's are great and friendly never have I had any problem always sorted brill drs

Don't see you that often these days always phone calls from doctors you have never met.

Joined this practice a year ago. So far I have been treated very well by the doctors, Dr Lewis in particular also by the nurses and the receptionists. All of these mentioned have been kind and attentive and I am so happy I transferred as my old surgery is quite a distance away from me. Thank you all.
