What a pleasant surprise we had! Amazing food & outstanding service by the staff, we didn’t know we were gonna get so pampered! Georgia was our server and she just made our day so much brighter with lovely conversations, a lot of good tips about exploring Cambridge. She was very engaging and gave us such a good impression about the brand, Bills. This was our one of the best service in the restaurants in UK.

Visited for lunch and had plenty of options for veggies. The vegan Wellington was amazing. Staff were really friendly and helpful. (There was a very weird smell inside!!)

Coolest coffee place ever!! Inside an historic cathedral-like church. 4 of us popped in for morning coffee & cakes. Very good all around.

Well..I got food poisoning here by having their uncooked chicken on skewers ( thank god only had it as starter) I was awake all night/ morning with severe cramps on/ off toilet. The service I have to say to my table was absolutely dire! The young lady was more interested in herself applying her lip balm than clearing my table she even served me a cup of coffee with a saucer full of coffee and actually thought that was acceptable?Hence hasten to add I did not leave the discretionary 10 per cent service charge ..

Good service. Over expensive for the size of the portion. I had a brunch. Eggs were overdone, only one sausage. Food came very quick. To quick. I would say all the food is precooked and kept warm. My flat white was average. To strong and not enough thickness of milk. Won’t be returning in a hurry.

Pre booking required, a decent menu, although portions are smallish (if you are very hungry). Good drinks menu, helpful staff (12.5% service included). Best bet is breakfast.

Lavish decor to make you feel in a really trendy place, has a slightly Latin and warm feel to it, like it could be central America etc. The food also fits that theme, plenty of spicy options available, though meals are fairly wide ranging in variety / origin. The restaurant was busy spacious. Service was a bit slow but accommodating of need to be sped upwhen told. A popular place. Not cheap but not overly priced either.

Nice restaurant, food ok, menu is readable & drink service was fine. Not a massive amount of atmosphere but it's a budget restaurant, one for the family, friends but not your lover... Upgrade & treat them... Unless you having a quick lunch while out shopping!

Very disappointing service. Having tried to get us to buy drinks and nibbles, as "a delay in food", starters arrived quickly ....unlike the drinks.....these took ages and we are not convinced what we ordered but by the time they arrived they were better than nothing. Soup was only disappointing starter. Food good, albeit very light on accompanying vegetables. Great location and vibe, let down by poor service.

A pleasant well-run establishment. Cuisine good. Breakfast, as ever most agreeable. Service swift and efficient.
