Recently refitted but strangely poorly laid out. New customers have to loop around the back to join the queue, which is far from obvious so generally they try to form a second queue with the people waiting for coffee collection. The staff spend their time directing people. I wonder if this happened because of a human error in planning or whether the planning system for Starbucks layout is now overautomated. It's an interesting case study in how layout failure damages process. That said the staff are generally lovely and keep things fairly efficient and clean
