Beyond liverpool

Honestly, my experience was lovely at first. the first few piercings were well done and no problems - but my industrial was not good at all. My ear is not suited for my ear as stated by several other professional piecers whom i got quotes from - yet she pierced it anyway. When i questioned this, the piecer said and i quote she was going to “bend the bar” ! which is not what I wanted at all. She had pierced the wrong place in my ear also, so a bar would not have worked and give my ear damage over time. When going back for a refund I was made to feel like an idiot saying “she measured with her finger”, “I should’ve went somewhere else” and for me to take my previous review down or she would refuse my refund. the experience made me feel super uncomfortable as i was yelled at and belittled. After an argument i eventually got my refund, but if you want to go for an industrial I would think twice ✌️It is a shame as all other piercings from here have been great 😬

Had my Daith pierced 2 weeks ago, absolutely love it. Super friendly staff, piercing was done so quick, I am super impressed. Will be back to change piercing in a few weeks. Thank you so much x

walked in today and got 2 flat cartilage piecings! super efficient, dead friendly service, placement and jewellery is spot on, i’m in love!
